Four persons were caught in a drug buy-bust operation in Sitio Nangka, Barangay Tisa, Cebu City on Sunday morning, November 25. MANILA - State weather bureau PAGASA is monitoring a new tropical cyclone outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR). Weather specialist Gener Quitlong on Thursday said tropical storm Man-yi (international name) is located 2,460 kilometers east of Mindanao. "Napakalayo pa po nito. A helicopter carrying a party-list congressman crashed into a cliff in Capas, Tarlac on Thursday afternoon. In a dzMM report, the Tarlac police confirmed that a helicopter crashed at a military reservation camp in Tarlac during a military exercise.
